Formulas & Forces Lab vs ChainPad Junior

Formulas & Forces Lab is an offline study portfolio for 6th grade Math and Physics. Instead of focusing on scores, students produce study artifacts: Explain-It cards, Worked-Solution rewrites, Mistake Pattern cards, session summaries, and revision plans. Practice and review prompts are used to generate reflections and structured write-ups that stay on-device. A built-in portfolio exporter creates a shareable PDF notebook from recent artifacts and active revision plans. No accounts, no analytics, and no network access—everything is bundled locally and stored privately on the device.

ChainPad Junior is a tool-like reasoning app for Grades 1–6 with one focused mode: Emoji Logic Chain. Each chain is a single-use thinking prompt where kids connect emoji ideas and write a short explanation. Every session saves a Reason Card, building a personal, on-device notebook of how they reasoned over time.
