SPielatus – Your Game Night Organizer You know the problem: Organizing a game night means endless messages across different chats, missed dates, and the eternal question "Who's available when?". SPielatus solves exactly that. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING Propose multiple possible dates for your game night. Your fellow players sign up for the dates that work for them. Once the minimum number of participants is reached, the session is automatically confirmed – no more follow-ups needed. Optionally with waitlist support or as a recurring series. GROUP-BASED ORGANIZATION Create groups for your different gaming circles – whether it's the weekly game night or the big annual session. Manage members, assign roles, and decide who can create game rounds or comment. Groups can be public, closed, or completely private. When creating a game round, you decide which of your groups it will be published to – or whether it should be publicly visible to everyone. POLLS & VOTING Start polls directly in game rounds or in groups: Which game should we play? Who's bringing snacks? Which day should we meet? Three voting modes (single choice, top-3 ranking, multiple choice), anonymous voting possible, game options directly from BoardGameGeek or your group's collection. INTEGRATION WITH BGG & BGSTATS Link your BoardGameGeek account and bring all the game intelligence into the app: • Your BGG collection is automatically imported and kept up to date • Group collection: See which games are available in the group and who owns them • Wish system: Mark games (including individual expansions) you'd like to play • BGG poll options: Pick games with image and info directly from BGG • BGStats import: Load a play file (.bgsplay) into a round – scores, winner and duration are taken over • BGStats export: Log the result in BGStats with one tap – game, players, date and venue are pre-filled • Record results manually: Even without BGStats, you can capture scores & winner directly NOTIFICATIONS UNDER CONTROL Over 40 configurable notification types keep you up to date – from new rounds in your groups to signups, waitlist movements and poll results, all the way to invitations and schedule conflicts. All granularly toggleable. The Action Center additionally bundles everything waiting for a decision from you. MORE FEATURES • Calendar export: Transfer confirmed and provisional dates directly to your device calendar • Calendar subscription: iCal feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook – new rounds and changes update automatically (two separate feeds for your own rounds and available group rounds) • Result history: Game results remain accessible in every completed round • Bring guests: Add players without an app account as guests – they count normally toward the player count • Venue offers: Players can offer their place as the meeting location • Conflict detection: Warnings for overlapping schedules • Personal round defaults: Presets for new rounds (player counts, start time, duration etc.) • Poll templates: Save recurring polls as personal templates • Multilingual: German, English, French, Spanish BY GAMERS FOR GAMERS SPielatus was developed out of real need – by a board gamer who knew exactly these problems. The app is 100% free, ad-free, and respects your privacy. Questions or feedback? Write to us at support@spielatus.ch Stop the scheduling chaos and focus on what matters: playing together.

About

Meeple Clock

Features

Keep game night moving. Meeple Clock is a beautiful chess-style clock built for board games — every player gets their own colorful meeple wedge, and passing the turn is one tap. No more "whose turn is it?" and no more games that drag past midnight. Set an optional turn limit, hand the phone to the table, and play. HOW IT WORKS Set up your players, pick who goes first (or let the app choose at random), and place the phone in the middle of the table. The screen becomes a radial clock where each player owns a wedge. When your turn ends, tap your wedge — the clock instantly switches to the next player. FEATURES • Radial "table clock" layout — up to 10 players, each with their own meeple color • One-tap turn passing, designed to be used from any seat • Optional per-turn limit with a clear overtime alert, sound, and haptics • Pause anytime, and undo a turn if someone taps by mistake • Automatic round counting and a running total game clock • Results screen showing each player's total thinking time — and the fastest player crowned • Game history and stats saved on your device, with one-tap sharing • Keeps your screen awake during games, so the clock never disappears mid-turn • A clean dark design that looks great in the middle of any table GREAT FOR Strategy games, family game night, party games, tournaments — any tabletop game where turns matter. If your group has one player who takes forever (you know who), Meeple Clock is the friendly fix. No account, no ads, no subscription. Just press start and play.
