About

Loopset

Loopset is a gym workout tracker and training planner for people whose week does not go to plan. It turns the days you actually have into a weekly plan, logs every set as you lift, and shows your strength and body weight moving. Answer a few questions — your goal, where you train, your experience, how many days a week (one to seven) and how long a session can be (15 to 75+ minutes) — and Loopset suggests a ready program that fits. When life gets in the way, move a session to another day and the week reshuffles instead of breaking. PLAN YOUR WEEK ONCE • 38 ready programs, from one day a week to every day, at the gym or at home • Muscle: Push Pull Legs, Upper Lower, a five-day split, Push Pull Legs twice a week • Strength: Barbell Foundation, Big Three, Upper Lower Strength • Conditioning and cardio: intervals, circuits, First 5K, Base Miles and a hybrid week • Goals with a name: First Pull-Up, Glute Focus, Core Fifteen, Desk Reset, Daily Mobility • Quiet Home: no jumping, for a flat and a late evening — and Hotel Room for travel • One day for each session — tap a day another session has and they swap 120 WORKOUTS FOR HOME AND GYM • 70 home workouts and 50 for the gym, from beginner to advanced • Filter by body part, goal, difficulty, length and days a week • Straight sets, circuits and intervals — every workout with a warm-up and a cool-down • Home workouts match what you own: nothing, dumbbells, bands and a mat, or a full setup LOG SETS WITHOUT TYPING • Weight and reps come pre-filled — tap to change, tick to log • "Last time" is one tap away: every set you did on that exercise in the previous session • Progressive overload built in: close every set and next time the weight steps up, with the reason shown • A rest timer between sets — add 15 seconds or skip, or switch it off and rest by feel • Reps and weight for lifts, reps for bodyweight, a timer for planks and holds • Finish with duration, volume, reps and sets, and share it if you like AN EXERCISE LIBRARY YOU CAN POINT AT • Over 250 exercises, searchable by name or muscle • Tap a muscle on the body model, front or back, and see what trains it • Every exercise explained: the movement step by step, the one cue that changes it most, and what else it works • A drawing that loops through the movement, so you can check a lift between sets SEE THE PROGRESS • Weight log with BMI, charted against your goal weight • Personal records found automatically from your own sets • Gym check-ins, visits per month, and a week streak that counts finished sessions, not intentions • Workout history you can go back through, set by set BUILT FOR REAL WEEKS • Works offline — log in the basement, it catches up when you surface • Two reminders and nothing else: half an hour before a session you planned, and when a rest timer ends • Nothing at all on the days you do not train • Kilograms or pounds, light or dark theme, vibration on or off PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • No account needed to start: what you log stays on your phone • Sign in with Apple or Google — no password to invent • Anonymous analytics stays off until you turn it on, and never includes your training data • Delete your account and its data from Settings FREE AND PRO Nothing is locked away: every program, the whole exercise library, the plan and the weight log are open from the first launch. Two workouts are free to log. Loopset Pro lifts the limit — log as many workouts as you train — and backs your history up across devices when you sign in with Apple or Google. It is a monthly or annual subscription, bought inside the app; the annual plan is the cheaper way in. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in the App Store.
