Get 3-6 small, actionable chunks with time estimates 3. Start with just the first one That's it. No complex setup. No learning curve. No guilt. BUILT FOR BRAINS THAT WORK DIFFERENTLY We designed Unstuck for people who struggle with task initiation, not task completion. Whether you have ADHD, anxiety, or just too much on your plate, Unstuck helps you take the first step. No streaks to break. No guilt trips. No "you missed 5 days!" notifications.
