Rise & Move vs WakeRight

Wake up with intention, not urgency. Rise & Move is a calmer approach to alarms, designed to help you start the day awake, present, and in control. Instead of frantic taps or snoozing, Rise & Move asks for a brief, intentional interaction to stop the alarm, encouraging awareness right from the first moment you’re awake. Alarms are delivered reliably using standard iOS notifications. When an alarm goes off, you tap the notification to open the alarm screen and press and hold briefly to stop it. There are no accounts to create, no clutter, and no distractions. Rise & Move is designed around how iOS works so alarms remain dependable, even in Silent Mode, Focus, or when the app isn’t open. Clear guidance helps ensure notifications and sound are set correctly without getting in the way. There’s no feed, no tracking, and no unnecessary features. Just a thoughtful alarm experience that supports a calmer start to your day. Your first Rise & Move experience is free. Pro unlocks unlimited use and supports ongoing improvements to the app. Don't just wake up faster. Wake up better. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
