FLOW + ESCROW (MORE CONFIDENT TRANSACTIONS) ListHappy acts like a mini-escrow service: - Buyer makes an offer or claims at the target price - Seller accepts the offer ( or declines ). Offers below a minimum amount are auto-declined. - Accepted ( or claimed ) transactions authorize payment first (so sellers know they’re real) - Payment authorization via Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or ListHappy balance - ListHappy holds the transaction to ensure buyer shows up! - Funds are captured when the handoff is confirmed - Sellers get paid out through the app to their Venmo account. Or they can keep a ListHappy balance towards other purchases.
