Good day+ vs Gts全球訓練系統

Good Day+ Accompany you in recording and reflecting on the beautiful moments of each day. Through gratitude and revisiting, we can cherish life more—and feel happier within. How to use: Before bed each night, write down a few small good things that happened today (e.g., the weather was nice; a breeze brought the scent of flowers; someone smiled at me today; I took good care of myself). As you write, also recall how you felt in that moment, so the feeling of happiness can return to your heart once again. When gratitude becomes a habit, you’ll find it easier to notice the beauty in everyday life— turning ordinary little things into moments of happiness worth cherishing.
