Peak Intervals helps you train VO₂max using the Norwegian 4x4 interval method and track training quality over time. Run, ride, or row a 4x4 session, stay in your target heart rate zone, then review clear metrics that explain workout quality and progress over time. What you get: • Guided 4x4 workouts with Apple Watch support • Target heart rate zone guidance based on 90–95% of estimated HRmax • Time in Zone (≥90% HR) to measure intensity • Repeatability to see if you hold performance from interval 1 to 4 • Recovery to measure how fast your heart rate drops between intervals • Trends and simple verdicts like Improving, Stable, Under-target, or Fatigued • Workout history with interval breakdowns and session details Apple Health Peak Intervals can read workout and heart rate data from Apple Health (HealthKit) to compute your metrics and trends. You control what is shared at any time in iOS Settings. Subscriptions Peak Intervals offers an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly plans, including a 2-week free trial where available. After the trial, an active subscription is required to start new workouts. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your training. Your rules. SetGo Timer is a fully customizable interval timer built for athletes who take their workouts seriously. Whether you train HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, circuit training, or any other interval-based workout, SetGo Timer adapts to your routine. Configure every detail: exercises, sets, work and rest durations, optional prepare and cool down phases. Save your timers, mark favorites, and get started in seconds. Voice-Guided Workouts Stay focused on your training, not your screen. SetGo Timer announces every phase transition, countdown, and exercise change with clear voice announcements. Choose between two voices. Announcements are in English and work offline because they ship with the app. Apple Watch App SetGo Timer includes a full standalone Apple Watch app. Your timers sync automatically from iPhone to Watch. Start your workout directly from your wrist, no iPhone required. The Watch app runs its own timer engine with live phase display, countdown rings, and haptic feedback on every transition. While a workout runs on the Watch, the iPhone shows it live, speaks the announcements and can pause, skip and stop it. Start on the iPhone and the paired Watch takes over the workout. Completed workouts land in the history on your iPhone automatically. Live Heart Rate & Apple Health Track your heart rate in real time during workouts on Apple Watch. SetGo Timer saves completed sessions to Apple Health, including duration, calories burned, and average heart rate. Review your workout history with detailed stats for every session. Workout History & Stats Every completed workout is saved with full details: date, duration, exercises completed, heart rate, and calories. A weekly goal with a streak keeps you on track and shows your training consistency at a glance. Haptic Feedback Feel every phase change through haptic feedback on both iPhone and Apple Watch. Never miss a transition, even with headphones off. Focused Design SetGo Timer uses a clean interface designed to minimize distractions during training, in dark, light or your system appearance. Color-coded phases (yellow for prepare, green for work, blue for rest, purple for cool down) let you see your current phase instantly.
