About

ClaimDock

Features

ClaimDock helps you keep purchase deadlines from slipping away. Add a purchase, scan or enter the receipt details, and ClaimDock organizes the dates that matter: return windows, price-match windows, warranty coverage, extended warranty notes, and claim details. This update adds Claim Plan: a local action timeline and contact script for each purchase. The plan turns readiness, deadlines, policy notes, and missing evidence into a clear checklist you can copy or share before contacting a store or manufacturer. Claim Readiness still gives every purchase a practical score and checklist that shows whether it has the evidence most people need before contacting a store or manufacturer. ClaimDock checks for receipt attachment, item details, model or serial numbers, retailer policy references, notes, active deadlines, and urgent windows. It then suggests clear next actions, such as attaching the receipt, adding a model number, or acting before a deadline closes. What ClaimDock does: - Tracks return windows for purchases - Tracks warranty and extended-warranty dates - Tracks price-match deadlines - Builds a Claim Plan with evidence checklist, action timeline, and contact script - Shows a Claim Readiness score for each purchase - Flags missing receipt, item, note, model, serial, and policy evidence - Suggests next actions before you contact a retailer or manufacturer - Lets you scan a receipt or enter purchase details manually - Organizes active deadlines in a Today view - Keeps a local purchase history - Includes retailer policy references for common U.S. stores - Schedules local reminders before important deadlines - Creates PDF claim packets with readiness, evidence, and deadline sections - Works on iPhone and iPad ClaimDock is useful for electronics, appliances, gifts, household items, online orders, holiday purchases, and anything with a return policy or warranty date worth remembering. ClaimDock is an organization and reminder tool. It does not submit returns or warranty claims for you, does not guarantee retailer outcomes, and does not provide legal advice. Retailer policies can change, so always confirm the current policy with the store or manufacturer. Privacy is simple: - No account required - No ads - No analytics SDKs - No cross-app tracking - No developer server for purchase records - Purchase details stay on your device
