Your coach for every set: NAWT Pro tells you your next weight and reps – and why. Logging stays free, no account needed. Up, hold or back off: for every exercise, the coach tells you whether to increase the load, keep the weight or plan a deload. Fixed training rules make that call, not a black box. Apple Intelligence only writes the notes on your iPhone; the numbers come from the rules. FREE VS. PRO. Free, no account, no limits: – Unlimited workouts, sets, custom exercises and manual plans, with notes and RPE/RIR – 300+ exercises, machines included, with technique tips – A starter plan built from your answers – Your full history, down to every single set – PRs, e1RM and tonnage, calculated transparently from your sets – Supersets, set types, plate calculator, rest timer and Live Activity – Apple Watch: log sets and control the rest timer while your workout runs on iPhone – Optional Apple Health integration – iCloud Sync, offline use, and CSV export and import of your NAWT data Only with NAWT Pro (subscription or one-time purchase): – Adaptive Progression: a weight and rep target for every working set, with the reason; uses your RPE/RIR – Deload control: spots plateaus across three sessions and suggests a deload – Plan generator: a complete plan from your training days, time per session, equipment and goal – Import your history from supported tracker apps (free preview) – Coach notes with Apple Intelligence: a note after training and a briefing before your next session (requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence and iOS 26 or later); targets and reasons work without it – Long-term volume and consistency insights – Personal XP and levels – Studio: five more accent colors, each with a matching app icon If Pro ends, your workouts, routines and generated plans stay usable. BUILT FOR THE GYM. NAWT is a workout tracker and training log for strength training and hypertrophy, whether you're into bodybuilding, powerlifting or just lifting twice a week. Track squats, bench press, deadlifts and the machines at your gym set by set, with weight, reps and RPE; warm-up sets, working sets and drop sets are marked separately. No need for a separate 1RM calculator: NAWT estimates your one-rep max from every set. The plate calculator shows which plates go on the bar, and the rest timer runs on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch. With Pro, the plan generator builds your workout plan as full body, upper/lower or push/pull/legs, and progression follows progressive overload: more reps or more weight as soon as you're ready. Finished workouts can go to Apple Health with their real start and end times. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS. No NAWT account, no email, no sign-up. With iCloud Sync, your workouts, plans and exercises live in your own iCloud account; we have no access to them. Your body weight and anything NAWT reads from Apple Health are never stored in iCloud. PRO PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS. The logger remains free. NAWT Pro is optional and available as β€œNAWT Pro – Monthly” for one month, β€œNAWT Pro – Annual” for one year, or β€œNAWT Pro – Lifetime” as permanent Pro access. If StoreKit confirms eligibility, you can try a monthly or annual subscription free for seven days. After the free trial, the selected subscription renews automatically at the full price shown before purchase for its stated term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Purchases can be restored in NAWT. NAWT.
