CrewRest+ is an application designed for flight crew members, both cockpit and cabin crew, operating long-haul flights. It is a rest scheduling calculator (and duty-service scheduling for cabin crew) that provides a simple and efficient flight timeline, displaying the duration, start time, and end time of each rest and/or duty-service period based on the entered data. Several scenarios can be selected, such as splitting the total duration into 3 equal rest periods, or 4, or even 6. Some airline-specific scenarios have been requested by pilots and are also available in the scenario catalog: Cathay, Virgin, Swiss, and Air New Zealand options. Breaks between rest periods are defined by the user. For cabin crew, breaks before rest periods and before duty periods can be set differently. Once the timeline is displayed, durations can be adjusted according to the actual flight context (except for the airline-specific scenarios mentioned above). The timeline can also be shared as a PNG image with other crew members.
