A free, subjective sleep diary for your next appointment. Log two ratings in about 10 seconds each morning. Keep all your history and export CSV or text for free. Pro adds a printable diary PDF with a one-time purchase. YOUR OWN RATINGS Choose two 1–5 ratings: sleep quality and how rested you feel on waking. These are your ratings, with no algorithmic sleep score. Energy, time to fall asleep, night awakenings, tags and notes are optional and can take longer. No sensor, Watch or Health connection is required. FREE: A 14-DAY DIARY FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT Record, backfill, edit and read your full diary. Browse by calendar or list. Night shift, daytime sleep and nap tags are optional; each wake day has one diary entry. See recorded days, gaps, lightweight week-over-week comparisons and basic tag comparisons when there are enough entries. Descriptive comparisons do not show cause and effect. Start with a 14-day view and preview your visit pack for free, including recorded days and gaps. Free recording continues beyond 14 days, and all saved history remains readable. CSV and plain text exports of your diary are free. Choose dates and whether to include notes. Basic widgets, StandBy, Control Center, Siri, Shortcuts, reminders and Watch check-ins are free on supported systems. PRO: A PRINTABLE DIARY FOR YOUR VISIT Preview your chosen dates before buying. Pro creates a clean, printable PDF with your ratings, optional details, missing-day coverage and available sleep context. Start with the past 14 days, or choose another period. Pro also adds 30-day trends, custom tags and amounts, combined tag filters and deeper diary insights. Your export choices are kept through purchase. This is a summary of your records, not a clinical report or a replacement for a clinician's requested diary. It can support a conversation about sleep or accompany CBT-I or sleep hygiene arrangements you already follow. Sleep Ledger does not provide a treatment course, prescription or diagnosis. ONE LIFETIME PURCHASE Pro is a one-time, non-consumable Lifetime purchase. No subscription or recurring charge. The app displays the full localized price before purchase. Existing Lifetime purchases remain valid and can be restored. No purchase page appears before your first entry. After three distinct recorded wake days, you may see one optional Pro reminder. Further offers follow a request for PDF or deeper analysis. Recording and reading your history remain free. OPTIONAL CONTEXT, YOUR CHOICE Apple Health is read-only. Connect it to view available sleep timing, estimated duration and time in bed alongside your ratings. Sleep Ledger never writes to Health. Saved sleep context can appear in exports; separately connected time in daylight and HRV do not enter your diary or exports. No readable samples means unavailable, not zero. LOCAL AND PRIVATE No account or automatic cloud sync. Your diary stays on your devices. Watch check-ins transfer to your paired iPhone and are retained on the Watch while the phone is unavailable. No ads, third-party analytics or tracking in the app. Apple verifies Pro purchases. Export files are generated on your iPhone and shared only when you choose. Please note that RunningBuds requires an iPhone running iOS 26 or later and Apple AirPods with the H2 chip (for example, AirPods 4 or 5, or AirPods Pro 2 or 3). It will also work with most wired headphones that have a mic. Your friend needs the same setup - an iPhone on iOS 26 and H2-chip AirPods or wired headphones with a mic. WHAT DOES IT DO? Have you ever been out for a run, a ski day, or a ride with a friend and had to make a choice between talking to each other or listening to music? Maybe you just find it hard to hear what your friend is saying because you're not right next to each other. RunningBuds is the answer! With RunningBuds you simply put in your AirPods, pair your phones, fire up your music, and start chatting! RunningBuds is private. There are no accounts to sign up for, and your conversation is encrypted between you and your buddy's phones. RunningBuds uses the latest audio technology to provide a high-quality conversation experience. It provides an on-phone voice activity detection system to only send your voice when you're talking, so your buddy doesn't hear background noises or heavy breathing as you run up that hill. If you've ever tried doing something like this over a phone call or with other apps, you've probably noticed that your music goes from high quality to sounding like hold music. RunningBuds fixes this with its custom audio engine, so your music and conversation remain at full quality! RunningBuds works online and offline. Whether you’re within cell coverage or out in the wilds, you can keep the conversation going. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO Please note that RunningBuds is NOT a music-sharing service. You listen to your music on your phone, and your buddy listens to their music on their phone. The only thing that gets shared between phones is your conversation. SUBSCRIPTION RunningBuds offers a one-week free trial, a monthly subscription, and an annual subscription. Only the host (the person that creates the call) requires a subscription. Anyone joining a call can use it for free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app or your App Store account.
