eMayl
Read full descriptionHide full description
eMayl gives every site, app, and signup its own email address (we call it an eMaylias) and its own persona, so your real address and identity stay yours alone. Mail sent to an eMaylias lands in your inbox as usual. When a sender gets out of hand, switch off that one address and nothing else in your life is touched. Most alias services stop at forwarding. eMayl also shows you what happens after you hand an address out: who is emailing it, how often, and which company shared or sold it. A DIFFERENT IDENTITY FOR EVERY ACCOUNT • Create an eMaylias for the site you're on in a tap, or look up the one you already made. • Pair it with a persona: a name and date of birth that aren't yours, so no site, data broker, or tracker can link your accounts together or trace them back to you. • Reply and send from any eMaylias. The other side only ever sees the alias, never your real address. • Deactivate an eMaylias instantly to stop a sender, and reactivate it any time you like. FILLS IN SIGNUP FORMS FOR YOU • In Safari, the built-in eMayl extension fills the email address, name, and date of birth in one tap. Nothing extra to install. • In any other app or browser, eMayl is right there in iOS AutoFill, so a fresh eMaylias is ready the moment a form asks for your address. SEE WHO REALLY HAS YOUR DATA • Every sender, by domain, ranked by volume, so you can catch a company you never gave that address to. • A day-by-day calendar heatmap and monthly trends show how often each eMaylias gets mail and whether it's heating up or going quiet. • Last activity for every eMaylias, so the ones that have gone silent are easy to spot and retire. • Turn a guess about who leaked your inbox into a fact you can act on, and find out whether a company is living up to its privacy policy. BUILT-IN PROTECTION • Every incoming message is checked for spoofing and spearphishing, including homoglyphs and the invisible or nonstandard characters used to disguise them. • No ads, ever. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERYWHERE Your eMaylias and personas are the same on iPhone, iPad, Mac (with its Safari extension), the browser extension for Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium browsers, and the web app at emayl.app. Try everything free for 14 days, and pay only if you stay. Personas are for privacy, not for use where the law requires your real details.
