ClearDay is a calm, private sobriety and recovery tracker for changing one habit - or several at the same time. Track alcohol-free days, quit smoking or vaping, monitor recovery from weed or other substances, or change habits involving gambling, porn, gaming, sex, or compulsive scrolling. Each recovery journey has its own start date, progress counter, milestones, stats, and optional savings tracking. Daily check-ins and private reflections help you understand your overall recovery without pressure, guilt, or judgment. TRACK MULTIPLE RECOVERY JOURNEYS Recovery is rarely one-size-fits-all. ClearDay lets you: ⢠Track multiple recovery journeys at once ⢠Give each journey its own start date and timeline ⢠Choose a primary journey for your home screen ⢠Switch between journeys to view individual progress ⢠Reorder, edit, archive, or restart journeys ⢠Track money saved for supported journeys DAILY RECOVERY TOOLS ⢠Check in with your mood, cravings, and personal notes ⢠Write private reflections with titles and timestamps ⢠See days sober, streaks, milestones, and simple stats ⢠Celebrate and share progress when you choose ⢠Reset or restart without penalties or shame A PRIVATE SOBRIETY TRACKER ClearDay stores your recovery data locally on your device. ⢠No account required ⢠No cloud sync ⢠No analytics ⢠No data collection What you write stays with you. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE Recovery is not always linear. Missing a check-in or starting again does not erase the progress you have made. Whether you are trying to quit drinking, build an alcohol-free lifestyle, stay smoke-free, or change another substance use or compulsive habit, ClearDay helps you remain aware and consistent - one day at a time. ClearDay is not a medical app and does not replace professional care, treatment, or support. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Fight Clock. Boxing Timer
Read full descriptionHide full description
Fight Clock is a precise round timer for boxing training. Set the number of rounds, preparation time, round duration, rest time, and an optional 10- or 30-second warning. Choose built-in sounds for round starts, transitions, and warnings, then start your workout in one tap. During a session, the large timer shows the current phase, round number, and remaining time. Pause, resume, or end a workout whenever you need. Your latest settings are saved on your device, so it is easy to return to your next session. Allow notifications to hear scheduled signals while the screen is locked or the app is in the background. Live Activity helps keep key workout information visible at a glance. Silent Mode, Focus, calls, and notification settings can affect whether background signals are heard. Fight Clock works without an account, ads, purchases, or an internet connection.
