A Note from the Developer "When I looked for a way to track my cycle, I was shocked. Most apps required an account and 'anonymized' data sharing. As an engineer and a mom of two, I know that once your data is on someone else's server, you lose control. I didn't want my health history to be a product for sale. I wanted a digital version of a paper notebook—something only I could see. That’s why I built this tracker to be 'Local-Only.' Your phone is the vault, and your data lives and dies on your device."

Your body changed. Now you can finally understand it. Phaes is a hormone intelligence and tracking app for women in perimenopause, menopause and midlife. It turns the signals you can actually know, your symptoms, cycle, HRT, bloodwork, sleep and recovery, into clear, actionable insights about what your body is doing, and what to do about it. And when you want to train, Phaes builds adaptive running and strength plans that move with your symptoms, your energy and your recovery, so you keep getting stronger without breaking down.
