Aestu vs Kickstart

Stop counting seconds. Start seeing time. Aestu is a visual focus timer that turns time into a calm, fluid shape. Instead of watching numbers tick down, you can understand your session at a glance and stay focused without the pressure of a conventional countdown. DESIGNED FOR THE WAY YOUR MIND WORKS - Visual time: See time gently empty and refill instead of doing mental math. - Positive Overtime: When a session ends, Aestu keeps counting up without a jarring failure state. - Made for people who struggle to feel time: A clear, low-pressure visual cue, the kind many people with ADHD look for. - Pomodoro and deep work: Choose a preset or create a session that fits your own rhythm. - Energy check-ins: Log how you feel and learn which times of day work best for you. - First small step: Write how to start and Aestu quietly keeps it in view during the session. - Realistic durations: After a few sessions, Aestu suggests the typical length of a task and never changes your timer on its own. - Pressure-free sessions: No red final minute, extra time in a neutral color and gentler notifications. FOCUS EVERYWHERE Start on iPhone, check a Live Activity or widget, and pause, resume or add time from Apple Watch — iPhone and Watch share the session in progress. iCloud keeps your session history in sync across your Apple devices, including Mac. CALM BY DESIGN Fluid animation, semantic colors and gentle haptics provide awareness without a ticking clock or harsh alarm. Your history helps you notice patterns without turning productivity into a scorecard. FREE, WITH OPTIONAL PRO The timer is free to use. Aestu Pro is a one-time purchase, no subscription: it unlocks your full history, Insights and Calendar export. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account and no behavioral advertising. Your focus data remains on your devices and in your personal iCloud. Whether you are studying, working, having a day when time slips away or entering a deep-work session, Aestu helps make time visible and easier to follow. Download Aestu and turn time into something you can feel.

Task paralysis isn't laziness. Time blindness isn't carelessness. Kickstart is the ADHD app that gets you *started* — not another planner you'll abandon by Thursday. One tap breaks any task into micro-steps you can physically start in 2 minutes. Body double with people who get it. Watch time shrink instead of guessing. Streaks that bend when life happens, instead of breaking you. WHY KICKSTART WORKS DIFFERENTLY • Unstick Me — splits any task into tiny steps; step 1 always takes 2 minutes or less. Runs on your device, works offline • Launch Pad — ONE next action, not a guilt list • Visible time — shrinking radial timers, Live Activities, widgets, Apple Watch • Body Double Rooms — silent live co-working, zero chat pressure • Bendy streaks — miss a day, the vine bends; it never breaks • Brain Dump — add anything in under 3 seconds from anywhere, sort never • Start Ritual — a 20-second runway from intention to action • Routines that compress when you're running late, and say so plainly • Wins, not shame — we celebrate starting, never graph your failures BUILT FOR ADHD BRAINS No courses. No setup marathon. No red badges piling up. Everything works without an account, and voice input runs offline and on-device. Free during early access — no ads, no subscription, no account required. Your tasks never leave your device. No ads, no tracking, no data sale. Ever. Kickstart is a productivity support tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any condition.
