All premium features are free for a limited time! Bluetooth Explorer:AI Terminal is a developer-first toolkit for BLE bring-up, protocol validation, and real-device diagnostics. Use it as your daily terminal and bluetooth inspector to move from discovery to actionable debugging without context switching. What you can do: ► Discover nearby peripherals with a fast scanner, then track signal movement with live rssi. ► connect and pairing quickly to the target device and start testing in seconds. ► Use a deep inspector to enumerate services and characteristics, including custom and non-standard profiles. ► Execute gatt read and write flows for characteristic values across common BLE scenarios. ► Send data with a multi-mode serial terminal supporting text, numeric, binary, and hex. ► Build repeatable QA routines with reusable command packet sets and batch sends. ► Keep a full timeline log of TX/RX, connection states, and key BLE events; export for analysis. ► Inspect advertisement payloads for model clues and accelerate nearby finder tasks. ► Read available battery/manufacturer/version information exposed by compatible peripherals. ► Diagnose iot and beacon devices faster in both lab and field testing. ► Get AI assistant guidance that summarizes logs and highlights likely causes behind failures. Great for: ► BLE firmware bring-up and regression testing ► App-to-device integration debugging on iPhone/iPad ► Production support and field troubleshooting ► Protocol exploration before release Battery note: ► Prolonged Bluetooth activity can increase power consumption. The app is optimized for foreground debugging and safe disconnect behavior when sessions end. Bluetooth Scanner turns your iPhone into a Bluetooth Low Energy explorer. Scan the environment, save the devices you care about, and inspect everything they broadcast — right down to the raw advertisement data. No cloud, no account, no internet connection needed: everything happens locally, straight from your device's Bluetooth hardware. FEATURES • Live scan of nearby Bluetooth LE devices, sorted by signal strength • Save devices to your list and give them your own nicknames • Swipe to remove a saved device at any time • Full detail view per device: signal strength (RSSI), TX power, MTU, connectable state, service UUIDs, manufacturer data, and more • Automatic background refresh keeps saved devices' signal strength and data up to date while you're on the Home screen • On-demand decoding of common BLE beacon formats — iBeacon, Eddystone, and Apple Continuity — shown as readable fields instead of raw hex • Export your saved device list as a JSON file via the share sheet • Scan preferences: auto-stop timer, hide unnamed devices, minimum signal strength filter — all remembered between launches • Dark mode by default, with a light mode toggle — your choice is remembered too • Fully offline operation, no tracking, no analytics PRIVACY Bluetooth Scanner does not collect, transmit, or store any data outside your device. Scanned and saved devices exist only for your current session; only your display preferences (theme and scan filters) are remembered locally on your device.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BT/BLE Scanner at none against Bluetooth Explorer's 1. Bluetooth Explorer's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
