The clearest difference is rating: Make Centz at 5.0 against Home Service Pass's 4.7. Make Centz also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Home Service Pass's advantage is ratings volume (14 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
