SchoolChamp vs Scribu

Your grades, subjects and school years in one place. SchoolChamp helps you understand your progress and organize school life on iPhone and iPad, without an account. GRADES AND WEIGHTING • Organize subjects into custom categories such as written work, oral participation or projects. • Set fixed category shares as percentages or exact ratios such as 2:1. Alternatively, use individual grade weights. • Preview the resulting average before saving changes. • See when an average is provisional because grades are still missing. • Use international grading systems or create your own. EASIER SCHOOL-YEAR SETUP • Get started with a three-step wizard and resume saved setup drafts later. • Copy subjects and categories from an existing year without its grades. • Apply subject and category templates, including to several subjects at once. • Organize schools, students and teacher contacts, and add notes. • Explore SchoolChamp with example data. UNDERSTAND YOUR PROGRESS View category, subject and school-year averages. Charts, grade trends and top/bottom results help you follow your progress. The iPad Settings sidebar gives you quick access to your data. PLAN EXAMS – SEPARATE MODULE The separately available Exams module helps you track exam dates and assessments. Past exams without a grade appear under “Awaiting grade”. Filter open and graded exams for a clearer overview. LOCAL DATA AND BACKUPS Your school data is stored locally on your device. No tracking, advertising or automatic cloud sync. Create password-protected, encrypted data backups and share them through Files or AirDrop. A saved recovery key does not replace a data backup. Optional password protection and available device biometrics protect access to the app. START FOR FREE The free version includes one personal school year, up to five subjects, two categories per subject, five grade entries per subject and one analytics view. • “Unlimited grade management” unlocks unlimited school years, subjects, categories and grade entries, plus full analytics. • “Module: Exams” is a separate one-time purchase and does not remove grade management limits. Both purchases are one-time payments with no subscription. Customers who bought the original paid app keep their unlocks. Internet is required for purchases and restoring purchases.
