Manage vs Way Better Lists

Manage is a simple, elegant, and intuitive task management app designed to help you stay organized, focused, and productive every day. Whether you're managing personal tasks, work projects, or long-term goals, Manage gives you the tools you need to stay on track with clarity and ease.

Way Better Lists is the list app built for real life — packing for a trip, stocking the fridge, prepping for the week. The secret is Chunks: reusable blocks of list content you build once and mix into any list. Your camping gear. Your school supplies. Your weekly staples. Combine them in seconds to make exactly the list you need. CHUNKS Build reusable groups of items and merge them into any list. Pack smarter by combining an adult packing chunk, a kids chunk, and a beach essentials chunk into one complete trip list. TEMPLATES Save your best list combinations as templates. Generate a full list from a template in one tap — perfect for routines you repeat. GROUPS Create a group, add your people, and share any list, chunk, or template with everyone at once. Perfect for families and households who want shared libraries without the back-and-forth. VOICE Just say what you need. Way Better Lists parses your spoken items and adds them to your list instantly. (Premium) SNAPSHOTS Use your camera or a take a screenshot to upload a picture of a list, and Way Better lists turns it into a list automatically. SHARING Share lists, chunks, and templates with family members or anyone you collaborate with. Changes sync in real time. Way Better Lists is for people who are tired of starting from scratch every time. WayBetterLists Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($37.99/year) auto-renewing subscription.
