Diary vs Vision Loop

Shift is not another journaling app. It's a tool for people who are done tolerating a life that doesn't fit them. Through a transformative onboarding experience and daily pattern interrupts, Shift helps users uncover who they truly want to become - then keeps them aligned with that vision through intentional reflection.

Vision Loop helps you live from your future self. You don’t need more motivation. You need your vision to stay present when real life happens. Create a visual “loop” of who you’re becoming: • Build a scrollable vision board with images and short phrases • Revisit it quickly throughout the day • Set a daily goal (1, 3, or 10 visits) • Track progress with sessions, streaks, and gentle reminders Every scroll is a rehearsal. The more you reconnect, the more your thinking, decisions, and energy naturally align with the person you’re becoming. Simple. Visual. Repeatable. A daily vision practice that actually fits real life. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
