About

Swayni

Swayni is a workout timer that talks you through every move, so you can put the phone down and just train. Pick body areas and a length for an instant workout, or build your own from your exercises, photos and notes. Body-area analysis shows how each area and exercise is growing. VOICE COACHING, HANDS-FREE Swayni announces every exercise, set, round and rest out loud, with an up-next preview before the rest ends. Lock the screen or switch apps and the cues keep playing. Voice guidance works offline. SEE EACH BODY AREA GROW Body-area analysis shows which areas you have trained and how each one is changing, on a body map you can switch between male and female figures. OPEN IT AND TRAIN Choose body areas and a length, and Swayni puts a workout together in one tap. Want something different? Shuffle for another. Like it? Save it. EVERY EXERCISE GETS STRONGER Each exercise keeps its own history, so you can see your latest sessions and how the movement is progressing. A WEEKLY PLAN THAT FITS A quick setup arranges what to train on each day of the week. The Today tab shows the day's workout at a glance, and an activity heatmap keeps your consistency in view. BUILD IT YOUR WAY Combine prep time, exercises, reps, holds, rounds and rests, nested however you like. Save your own exercises with photos, notes and left or right sides, and preview the full timeline and duration before you begin. ALSO INCLUDED • Official workouts by body area, no equipment needed • A built-in exercise library you can copy from • Lock Screen and Dynamic Island live status • Siri and Shortcuts to start a workout hands-free • Optional background music and rhythm cues • Made for iPhone and iPad SWAYNI PRO Swayni is free to start. Pro adds unlimited saved workouts and exercises, longer-range body-area and exercise analysis, iCloud sync across your devices, pinning a favorite workout to a weekday, personalized theme colors and app icons, and no app recommendations. Your own workout records stay free to view, even if Pro ends. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), or as a one-time lifetime purchase that covers offline features; future features that need servers are not included. Prices vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. PRIVACY No account needed.
