iPushUpPlank is a simple app tracking your push-ups and plank time on all your devices. Based on our cutting edge research plank and push-ups are the one of the most efficient exercises. By using our app you get personalized notifications throughout the day to remind you to do a quick 2min workout. Records of all your workout are safely saved in iCloud, letting you see your workout history on all your devices. Our WatchOS app lets you record new workouts directly from your watch. There is also a minimalist complication for WatchOS showing your current stats. Set daily goals to encourage you to workout every day.
