About

Duolisto

Features

Duolisto is a shared to-do list for two people: you and your partner, your roommate, or whoever you share a kitchen with. Add a task, put a name on it, and tick it off. Both phones show the same list and update as you go. Open the app and start adding. Send the other person an invite link or a six-character code when you want them on the list. HAND IT OVER Swipe a task to give it to yourself, to them, or to either of you. Tasks left on Either go to whoever gets there first. Tap your name to cut the list down to your jobs, and the shared ones stay in view. CHORES THAT COME BACK End a task with "every Sunday" or "2 weeks after done" and it repeats. You decide whether it follows the calendar or counts from the day someone did it. The Recurring view shows what's ready, what's coming up and who did each one last. Once you tick a chore off, it stays out of the way until its next date. KNOW WHEN IT'S DONE Duolisto tells your partner when you add a task, hand one over or tick one off, and tells you when they do. You can turn these notifications off in Settings. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add a widget (iOS 26 and later) to see everything, your tasks or theirs. Tick tasks off from the widget without opening the app. MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOURS Pick a colour for yourself and one for your partner, out of six, then choose one of five themes in light or dark. Colours stay on your phone, so your partner can choose their own. ALSO β€’ Works offline and syncs when you're back online β€’ Untick a task you ticked by mistake, or undo a delete β€’ You can do every swipe action with VoiceOver β€’ The Done view shows who finished what β€’ Save your account with Apple, Google or an email code, then sign in on a new phone Duolisto is free. It has no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
