Put your phone down. See your effort add up. Studydown records time for the things that matter to you: a work project, a reading habit, language practice or a personal goal. Choose an activity, tap to start, then place your phone face down on a steady surface. Keep Studydown open while timing. Picking up your phone pauses the count after your chosen grace period; leaving the app stops additional time from being recorded.
