The Espresso Protocol (TEP) is a coffee quality assessment tool for identifying coffees that will perform well as espresso. It incorporates sensory science and allows tasters to quantify and describe the characteristics and attributes of coffees.* Efficient, precise and repeatable, it is designed for the benefit of the entire coffee supply chain from producers to roasters. The common language created by TEP promotes transparency in value attribution along the supply chain and bridges the gap between roaster and producer regarding origin effects on differentiated price structures based on roasting and extraction methods.

Product Description Navyasha Red-Flesh Dragon Fruit is grown on our own farms in Village Mehma Patti, Bhojipura Block, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Started in 202, Navyasha operates under one simple promise: Health to Home (H2H). We grow healthy, chemical-free, ripe-plucked Red Pulp Dragon Fruit and get it to you fresh, not weeks-old. WHY OUR DRAGON FRUIT IS DIFFERENT Red Pulp, Not White: Our fruit has deep red pulp inside, unlike most imported dragon fruit, which is white-pulped, less sweet, and lower in nutrition and juice content. Genuinely Chemical-Free: We use no unnecessary chemical fertilizers at all. Instead, we feed our plants with cow-dung-based vermicompost, liquid fertigation, and moringa (drumstick) nutrition — keeping both the fruit and the soil healthy. Ripe-Plucked, Not Transit-Ripe : Most imported dragon fruit is picked unripe so it survives weeks in transit, which is why it often tastes bland. We pluck only when the fruit is fully ripe, so it reaches you with its full natural sweetness, juice, and nutrition intact. Genuinely Fresh: Because we grow it right here in North India, our fruit reaches you in days, not the three to four weeks typical of imported stock. Stress-Free Plants: We never force off-season fruiting. Unlike high-pressure commercial farms abroad (common in imported fruits) that push plants through off-season cycles with heavy chemical inputs, our plants follow a natural, single-season life cycle — no unnecessary stress, no unnecessary chemicals. VARIETY & QUALITY Our Red Dragon Fruit variety has been selected specifically for Bareilly's extreme climate, which swings from 1°C to 45°C. It delivers fruit averaging over 250 grams each, sweet and aromatic, with a longer shelf life that makes it well suited to home delivery and e-commerce. HEALTH BENEFITS Red Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) is a recognised functional super-fruit: ● Naturally rich in antioxidant compounds ● Natural antibacterial and antiviral properties, used in food and cosmetic applications HOW TO ENJOY IT Chill and slice in half, then scoop the pulp with a spoon, or dice it into cubes for fruit bowls, smoothies, salads, and yogurt bowls. The vivid red pulp also makes a naturally vibrant, chemical-free colour base for juices and desserts. Refrigerate on arrival and consume within a few days for the best taste and texture. WHY BUY FROM NAVYASHA Consistent supply: Management across our consolidated farm and partner farms means reliable volume through the season. Traceable and compliant: retail-ready branded packaging, and QR-code traceability so you know where your fruit came from. A story worth supporting: Every pack supports local Bareilly farmers and cow-based natural inputs over chemical shortcuts. THE BOTTOM LINE When you choose Navyasha, you're choosing Indian-grown over imported, red pulp over white, ripe-plucked over transit-ripe, and farm-fresh over weeks-old — all without a trace of chemical fertilizer. It's a fruit grown the way it should be: healthy for you, and healthy for the land it comes from. Brand: Navyasha Dragon Fruit Farm (Health to Home – H2H) | Website: www.h2hfarms.in
