Are you losing 3 to 5 hours every single day to mindless scrolling? Do you open Instagram or TikTok for "just one minute" and snap back to reality two hours later feeling guilty, exhausted, and behind on your goals? Meet Bloc—the minimalist screen time blocker that transforms your focus into a thriving Scandinavian metropolis. Instead of fighting your phone with pure willpower, Bloc gives your brain a peaceful visual incentive. Every minute you stay away from distracting apps builds your personal dream city. Give in to doomscrolling, and construction stops. WHY BLOC WORKS WHEN WILLPOWER FAILS - Deep App Shielding: Block social media, games, or any addictive apps using Apple's official Screen Time API. - Strict Deep Focus Mode: Need strict control?
