Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TYPE3 at none against LiftTracker's 5. TYPE3 also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). LiftTracker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LiftTracker sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.00 per month. TYPE3 asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for TYPE3 against 5.0 for LiftTracker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LiftTracker has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
