How much do you remember from yesterday's meeting? What about last Tuesday's? If you're like most people, the details start fading within minutes. Post Notes fixes this by integrating with your calendar and automatically sending a reminder after every meeting, prompting you to take notes, add to-dos, and attach relevant files while the conversation is still fresh in your mind. No more scrambling to recall what was discussed. No more forgotten action items. Just a simple, timely nudge that helps you to turn every meeting into something useful. HOW IT WORKS Post Notes syncs with your device's calendar and detects when meetings end. You'll receive a notification reminding you to capture what matters: a quick note, a follow-up task, or a file you referenced during the call. It takes seconds, and it makes all the difference. CAPTURE WHAT MATTERS Write brief meeting notes in your own words. Add to-do items so action items never slip through the cracks. Attach images directly to any meeting entry. Everything stays organized and tied to the meeting it came from. FIND ANYTHING, FAST Search and filter your past meeting notes by date, keyword, or meeting title. Whether you need to recall a decision from last month or find that file from a client call, Post Notes makes it effortless. SHARE AND EXPORT Need to send meeting notes to your team? Export or share your notes directly from the app. Keep everyone on the same page without retyping a thing. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Post Notes stores everything locally on your device. If you want to sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, you can enable iCloud. Your data never touches our servers. No accounts, no third-party tracking, no analytics. Your notes are yours alone. Block distracting apps. For real. SelfFirst locks them on a schedule. To unlock, get up and scan a barcode or QR code you keep somewhere else. When your unlock time ends, the apps lock again automatically. LOCK APPS ON YOUR SCHEDULE Choose the apps that pull you in, then decide when they should be blocked. Create schedules for bedtime, work, study, weekends, or your own days and hours. While a schedule is active, your selected apps stay blocked. When the schedule ends, they become available again. Bedtime schedules can run overnight. KEEP THE KEY OFF YOUR PHONE Your unlock key is a real barcode or QR code you keep somewhere else. It could be a bottle in the kitchen, a book on a shelf, or a QR code across the room. When you want access: • Open SelfFirst • Choose 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes • Walk to your code and scan it One scan unlocks every app in that lock. When your chosen time ends, they lock again automatically. SelfFirst only uses the camera to read the code. No photo is saved or uploaded. EMERGENCY UNLOCK Can’t reach your barcode or QR code? You can receive a 6-digit code by email, or wait 30 minutes on the same iPhone. Using Emergency Unlock stops the current lock, and it will not restart automatically. Email is optional unless you choose email-based Emergency Unlock. SEE THE TIME YOU KEPT SelfFirst helps you see what your locks are doing for you. Score estimates how much time you may have gotten back based on how long you said you normally spend on the selected apps. You can also see: • Your lock history • A calendar of past days • How many times you unlocked today Score is an estimate and is not Apple Screen Time data. TALK MODE Don’t want to use a barcode? Talk mode gives you another way to pause before opening distracting apps. Say why you want access, choose how long, and continue without scanning. SIMPLE PRICING Scan — Free • 2 locks • Up to 3 apps per lock Premium • Up to 5 locks • Unlimited apps per lock • 7-day free trial Monthly: $0.99 Yearly: $9.99 Talk • Up to 3 apps free BUILT FOR IPHONE SelfFirst uses Apple Screen Time capabilities to block the apps you choose.
