About

Serenity

Features

Serenity is an AI mood journal and mental health diary for iPhone and iPad. Pick how you feel, get a prompt that fits the moment, then write or speak your thoughts. Over time, Serenity shows you what lifts your mood and what weighs on it. PICK A MOOD, GET A PROMPT Choose from ten moods and get a journaling prompt to start with. With Serenity Pro, AI writes the prompt for the mood you picked. On the free plan, prompts come from a built-in library. After you save, a short reflection looks back at what you wrote. WRITE OR SPEAK Type your entry or record it: voice journaling transcribes what you say with Apple's speech recognition. Add a photo, jot down a quick note, keep a gratitude entry, or log your mood in seconds. Tag the activities, people and places that shape your day. SEE WHAT SHAPES YOUR MOOD Insights show your best and hardest day of the week, the time of day you feel best, your mood trend and how stable it has been. As your tags add up, Serenity shows how social time and physical activity relate to your mood. History adds search, filters, a mood trends chart and a mood calendar, and On This Day brings back entries from the same date in past years. A HABIT THAT LASTS Streaks, badges and milestones mark your progress, and Smart Reminders bring you back to your journal. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries are stored on your device, there is no account, and Face ID or Touch ID can lock the app. Export your journal as a file at any time. When you use Serenity Pro's AI prompts and reflections, your mood and the text needed for them are sent to our AI provider to write them. Analytics run only with your consent. WHEN DAYS FEEL HEAVY Crisis detection stays off until you turn it on. It then checks entries written in English or Romanian on your device and shows support resources if it finds signs of crisis. Serenity is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services. Serenity is free to try: three journal entries, three quick notes, three voice recordings of up to two minutes, and three prompts a day from the library. Quick mood check-ins have no limit. Serenity Pro removes these limits and writes your prompts and reflections with AI. It is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or monthly at the price shown in the app for your region and charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If your account is eligible for a free trial, you see its length before you subscribe, and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
