Want to scroll? Walk for it. Balpum turns your steps into screen time. 100 steps buys one minute. You get 15 free minutes a day — everything above that, you earn on foot. How it works Steps become screen time. The count your iPhone and Apple Watch already keep in the Health app flows straight in, so there is nothing extra to do. When your screen time runs out, your social apps lock. Go for a walk, and they open again. It doesn't block you The lock screen always has "Open anyway." Tap it and the app opens. But that day gets a smudge on your record, it counts in your weekly report, and the app locks again after 15 minutes. Apple Watch Start a session on your Watch and your wrist is tapped every 100 steps. Steps taken in heart rate Zone 2 earn 1.5x. Sessions are saved as workouts, so they fill your Activity rings too. Weekly Nag Once a week, a plain account of how far you walked and how often you ignored the lock. You set the rate If 100 steps feels too cheap, make it 200. If 15 free minutes feels generous, make it 0. Private by default No account, no sign-in, no backup. Your steps and usage stay on your device and never leave it. Locking requires Screen Time access. It is used only to manage your own device, and never to supervise anyone else's.
