Each session presents one focused task—reorder steps, spot an incorrect line, match terms, check units, or write a short justification—followed by an explanation of why the answer works and why a common alternative fails. Every session requires a saved PathNote (versioned v1/v2/…), and incorrect attempts create MistakeCards that shape Revision Mode focus sets and Studio Runs.
