Petal is a cosy reading tracker and book journal that turns your reading life into something beautiful. Log the books you read, keep your TBR in one place, set reading goals and watch your year in books grow. Every book you finish plants a flower in your reading garden, your lantern glows a little brighter each day you read, and your shelves fill up with the stories you love. No leaderboards. No pressure. Just you and your books. UPDATE IN A TAP Tap Update on any book you're reading to add pages, mark it finished or set it aside. Or just tell Petal, like a text: "on page 200 of Fourth Wing" or "just finished Circe". Paperbacks, ebooks and audiobooks all welcome, and you can switch format halfway through a book. WATCH YOUR READING GROW • A reading garden that blooms with every book you finish • A streak lantern that glows when you read, and simply waits when you don't • Gentle reading goals by books, pages or listening hours: weekly, monthly or yearly • Badges to collect along the way A BOOKSHELF YOU'LL LOVE LOOKING AT • A cosy bookcase or shelves on the wall, in dark wood, light wood or painted • Real covers, spines or books facing out, with fairy lights if you like • Want to Read, Currently Reading, Read and Did Not Finish • Star ratings (half stars too), favourites, reviews, rereads, start and finish dates • Bring your library with you from Goodreads, StoryGraph or Fable, or even a screenshot of your shelves ASK PETAL WHAT TO READ NEXT Not sure what to pick up? Tell Petal your mood and get suggestions, either from your own Want to Read pile or something brand new. YOUR YEAR IN BOOKS See how many books, pages and hours you've read, your best streak and your reading month by month, then play back your year and share it. PICK YOUR WORLD Garden, Linen and Studio: cosy, calm or bold, each with a light and a dark look. Change it any time. READ WITH FRIENDS, IF YOU LIKE • See what your friends are reading and peek at their shelves • Send a book to a friend. It lands in their Postbox. • Accounts are optional. Petal works fully on its own without one. A GENTLE NUDGE Turn on one daily reminder to pick up your book, at a time that suits you.
