EquiSentry is the complete horse care management app for riders, owners, and stable managers. Keep every horse's health, feeding, farrier visits, vaccinations, and documents in one organised place — so nothing ever slips through the cracks. HEALTH & CARE TRACKING Track vaccinations, farrier, deworming, physio, dentist, and groomer visits. See when each was last done and exactly when the next one is due, with automatic countdowns. CARE SCORE A single glanceable percentage per horse tells you instantly whether everything is up to date or if something needs attention. FEEDING PLANS Build named seasonal plans (Autumn, Winter, Summer) with exact amounts of oats, cereal, carrots, hay and more. See total kg/day at a glance and switch the active plan any time. SHARED CALENDAR Every event across every horse in one timeline. Filter by horse, mark things Done or Paid, and stay on top of the whole yard. PHOTO JOURNAL Capture your horse over time and tag photos as Vet, Farrier, Shows, or Pasture. Favourite the best ones and find them fast with category filters. DOCUMENTS & RECORDS Store passport, insurance, and medical certificates with photos — plus expiry countdowns so renewals never sneak up on you. MULTIPLE HORSES Manage your whole string. Each horse gets its own profile with health records, feeding plans, photos, and documents. SMART REMINDERS Get notified before the next visit is due, so boosters, trims, and check-ups always happen on time. CONTACTS Keep your vet, farrier, physiotherapist, and other professionals in one place. Quickly assign them when scheduling events. PRIVATE & SECURE Your data is stored securely on AWS servers in the EU with encryption at rest. We never sell or share your information.
