Six cognitive tests, adapted into five minute workouts. No account. Nothing leaves your phone. Works with no signal. Each exercise adjusts to how you did last time, so it stays hard enough to be worth doing. A session runs five to twenty minutes, and a short calibration at the start finds your working level in each one. THE SIX Reaction Control (Go/No-Go test), for response inhibition Colour Conflict (Stroop test), for selective attention Memory Match (N-back test), for working memory Spatial Sequence (Corsi block test), for visual-spatial memory Rule Switch (task switching test), for mental flexibility Number Sprint (mental arithmetic), for speed SCORED AGAINST YOU Your results are compared with your own history. There is no global score, no percentile and no leaderboard. READ WHAT YOU ARE DOING Every exercise has a page with the rule written out and a live preview, plus six written guides on the Stroop effect, the n-back task, working memory, the five minute workout, simple maths, and whether brain training works at all. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account, no sign-in, no tracking, and nothing is sent to a server. The app works with no network connection at all. This app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not measure intelligence.
