Taby

Taby is a simple notes app for capturing ideas, tasks, reminders, thoughts and media in one calm place. Each note feels like a message to yourself: open a tab, write what is on your mind and continue with your day. Keep notes, lists, journal entries, links, photos and videos without building a complicated productivity system. The free version lets you create and organize up to 5 tabs and 10 tasks. Super Taby is an optional paid subscription required to unlock unlimited tabs and tasks, reminders, and color themes. Capture a thought before it disappears Some things need a full entry; others only need one line. Use Taby as an everyday notepad for a new idea, something you want to remember, a passing thought or a small detail from your day. Open the app, choose a tab and write naturally. There is no elaborate setup standing between you and the note you want to keep. Organize everything with tabs Create as many tabs as you need and give different parts of your life their own place. Keep projects separate from personal thoughts, save recommendations in a reading or watching tab, collect links for later, or make a space for recipes, travel ideas and memories. Tabs provide enough structure to find your way back without turning note-taking into another task. Add more than text A note can hold the context that makes it useful. Add photos and videos when words are not enough, keep links you do not want to lose, and combine text with the media connected to an idea or memory. Use Taby for visual journals, reference collections, inspiration, personal records or anything else that belongs beside your words. Make lists and remember what matters Turn everyday plans into practical checklists. Keep a to-do list, a shopping list, a set of steps for a project, books you want to read or movies you want to watch. Add reminders when a note needs your attention later. Check off completed items and keep the rest close to the notes and context that inspired them. See your notes from the Home Screen Widgets let you glance at important notes without first looking through the app. Keep a current list, a reminder or a thought where it is easy to notice during the day. Your notes remain part of your routine without asking you to maintain a complicated dashboard. Use Taby for: • quick ideas and random thoughts • personal notes and journaling • to-dos, checklists and reminders • reading and watching lists • photos, videos and memories • useful links and reference collections • notes you want to see in a widget A quieter way to stay organized Taby is for people who want a clear place to write things down, not a “second brain” they have to manage. There are no productivity rituals to follow and no pressure to organize every thought perfectly. Make the tabs that feel useful, add what matters and return when you need it. Simple notes, gentle structure and one calm place for everyday life. Requires iOS 26.0 or later. Everything you save, in one place you'll actually open. You save things all day. A recipe from Instagram, a jacket from a shop you'll think about later, an article you meant to read, a video you sent yourself. Then it's gone, buried in a chat thread or a browser tab you closed weeks ago. View Later catches all of it and files it the moment you hit save. IT SORTS ITSELF Recipes, YouTube, Shopping, Articles, Screenshots, Instagram and TikTok each get their own list, filled automatically as you save. Anything that doesn't match lands in Unsorted. Turn off the lists you don't use. MAKE YOUR OWN LISTS A trip, a project, a gift list. Your lists start empty and fill however you like. Add tags, leave notes, and mark recipes as made it once you've cooked them. SET A REMINDER Tomorrow, next week, or a date and time you pick. A notification brings the save back when you asked for it, instead of leaving you to remember on your own. SAVE FROM ANYWHERE Tap share in Safari, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or your camera roll. Two taps and it's in. WORKS WITH SHORTCUTS Save a link, open a list, pull everything out of a list, or set a reminder, all as Shortcuts actions. Build them into your own automations, or run them from the share sheet. FIND IT AGAIN Search across titles, notes and tags. Tap a tag to see every save that carries it. A REAL IPAD APP The full library laid out for the screen you're on, not a stretched phone. ARCHIVE, DON'T DELETE Clear things out without losing them. TAKE IT WITH YOU Export your whole library or a single list as Markdown, straight into Notes, Files, Mail or wherever you keep things. Your saves are yours to move. BUY IT ONCE One payment and it's yours. No renewal, no tiers, no upgrade later. NO ACCOUNT Nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into. There is no View Later account and no server holding your saves. YOUR ICLOUD Saves sync privately through your own iCloud, across your iPhone and iPad. Turn iCloud off and everything stays on your device.
