In the morning all possible snoring events will be listed, with the possibility to play back the recording if the microphone was enabled. SnoreAlert helps you and your partner sleep better — quietly. Your iPhone listens for snoring with on-device AI. When snoring is confirmed, your Apple Watch taps your wrist with a silent haptic alert so you can shift position without waking the room. The iPhone stays silent. Your Night Report and History turn each night into a clear picture: detected snores, verified snore-free pauses, and how much of the night was analyzed. NIGHT-TO-NIGHT COMPARISON Every number in your report shows how it changed since your previous night, and a tap opens its chart. See how your snoring relates to your steps, sleep stages, heart rate and more, and read a plain-language summary of which patterns are clear in your own data. These are observations, not medical advice. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Connect Apple Health (read-only) to see your sleep stages, overnight heart rate and breathing values, daily activity and weight next to your snoring, with trends over time. Health data stays on your iPhone, is never written to Apple Health, and is never used for advertising.
