A running plan that keeps up with your life. Runsy is an AI running coach for iPhone and iPad: tell it what you're training for, and it plans every week around your goal, your runs and your schedule. Travel, a missed day or a tight calf: call your coach, talk it through, and the week adjusts. Works with Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS and Strava through Apple Health. Your first week is built from your own runs in seconds, and it's free, no card needed; then coaching continues with Runsy Pro. THREE WAYS TO TRAIN Train for an event A 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, or a big day like a match or a hike. Your plan counts back from the date. Race plans move through base, build, peak and taper, with two weeks of recovery after. Get faster Four-week blocks: three push weeks, then a lighter week with a test. Track progress through VO2 max, 5K time or weekly volume. Stay fit Keep your running steady. Any run, or 20 minutes or more of another sport, counts as a session. CALL YOUR COACH Tap the phone and talk it through: your coach answers out loud, and moves runs or adds rest days as you talk. When your first plan is built, your coach offers a short first call, or a text, to walk you through your first week. Lock your phone and your coach stays on the line. Start a call from Siri, the Runsy icon or a widget. A COACH THAT KNOWS YOU A work trip, a tight calf, a big match. Tell your coach by text, voice note or a call, and the week changes around it. Your coach sees your plan, runs and Health data, remembers what you tell it, and lets you view and delete that memory. TARGETS Your coach sets a path of dated targets from your own running, like a longer long run or a faster 5K, with your best so far against each. Tap a coin to see what it takes; meet it and it is yours. WIDGETS Today's run, a race countdown, your week and a one-tap call to your coach, on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. RUN WITH YOUR IPHONE No watch needed: tap Start run and your iPhone records it. Outside, GPS measures your run and draws your route. On a treadmill, your coach calls the belt speed and you enter its distance at the end. Your coach talks you through each step and your pace, and the run saves to Apple Health. ON YOUR APPLE WATCH Start today's session on your watch, or just go for a run: Runsy records it step by step, taps your wrist when you drift off pace, and saves it to Apple Health. Ask your coach from your wrist, even away from your iPhone. Complications put your week on your watch face. BUILT FROM APPLE HEALTH Runsy reads workouts, heart rate, VO2 max, resting heart rate and body weight from Apple Health, and saves the runs you record with it. EVERYTHING COUNTS Soccer, cycling and other sports earn running-equivalent credit. PROGRESSION WITH LIMITS Weekly growth is capped at about 10%, hard days get easy days around them, and volume has a ceiling for your distance. These limits are not a guarantee against injury. AI COACHING AND YOUR DATA To build your plan and answer your questions, Runsy shares your workouts, fitness metrics, goals and coach conversations (on a call, your voice) with our AI providers. The app names them and shows exactly what is shared, and you agree before any AI feature turns on. Your data is never used for model training or ads, and we never sell it. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Your first week is free: the full coach for seven days, with no card and nothing to cancel. After it, coaching continues with Runsy Pro, an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly at US$12.99/month or yearly at US$79.99/year. Both include every feature. Local pricing is shown at checkout. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you choose a plan. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. Terms of Use: https://runsy.ai/terms Privacy Policy: https://runsy.ai/privacy
