Workout Cards gives you fast, randomized workouts you can do anywhere. Pick a focus, tap to start, and follow the cards—no planning required. Choose how you train • By category – Legs, Arms, Calisthenics, Cardio, or Yoga & Stretching • By body part – Tap a muscle on the body map and get a workout for that area • Surprise Me – One tap for a random mix of exercises Each workout is a deck of cards Swipe through exercises one by one.
