You saw the AirPods posture app blow up online. This is that idea — actually shipped. Stature turns the motion sensors already inside your AirPods into a real-time posture coach that catches every slouch and gently buzzes you upright, all day long. Your neck hurts. Your back aches. The hunch in the mirror keeps getting worse — and every reminder app you've tried died in 3 days. Stature is different, because it doesn't run on willpower. It feels your posture the second it drops. No brace. No clip. No camera. Just the AirPods you already own. HOW IT WORKS The moment you put your AirPods in, Stature reads your head position in real time using Apple's headphone motion framework. When your head drops below your personal neutral, you feel a soft haptic buzz — and you're back upright before you even notice. It runs quietly in the background while you work, study, game, or scroll. WENT VIRAL FOR A REASON You probably saw it the AirPods posture demo everyone shared. The idea was simple: the sensor that could finally fix your posture was already in your ears. Stature is the version that actually ships — here today. Put your AirPods in and it just works. BUILT FOR REAL POSTURE PROBLEMS Chronic neck pain, lower back pain, forward head posture, a rounded upper back, the start of a hump, or just years of slouching at a desk — Stature gives you what willpower never could: constant, gentle, real-time feedback. It's for people who already know what good posture is. They just can't remember to hold it. THE 14-DAY PROGRAM Stature isn't another app you quit on Day 3. It's a progressive plan built around how habits actually form. - Days 1–3: Just 5 seconds at a time. Your body learns what neutral feels like. - Days 4–7: Short sessions. Awareness builds without effort. - Days 8–14: Longer stretches, until sitting up straight becomes automatic. By Day 14, most people stop noticing the buzz — because they've stopped slouching. KEY FEATURES - Real-time head tracking through AirPods Pro, 3, 4 & Max - A gentle haptic buzz the moment you slouch — never loud, never embarrassing - Three live posture zones: Green, Orange, Red - Dynamic Island & Live Activity — see your posture without opening the app - Auto-calibration learns your unique neutral position - Silent Hours — pause alerts during sleep, meetings, or focus time - Daily streaks that reward consistency - Background mode — runs invisibly while you work - Detailed daily posture reports - Full Apple Health integration WHO IT'S FOR - Desk workers and remote teams whose neck pays for every call - Students hunched over laptops in libraries and cafés - Gamers and creators who lose hours to a single posture - Anyone with forward head posture, a rounding upper back, or daily back and neck pain - People told to "be more aware of your posture" — now there's a way WHY STATURE IS DIFFERENT Other posture apps ask you to wear something, buy something, or remember something. Camera apps need your phone pointed at you. Brace apps make you feel like a patient. Reminder apps lose you on Day 3. And the viral one everyone's waiting for? Still a waitlist. Stature asks for nothing — it uses hardware already in your ears, runs in the background, corrects you the exact second you need it, and it's here right now. The real problem was never motivation. It was memory. Stature remembers for you. WHAT YOU FEEL FIRST Most people describe the same thing: by the second week, they catch themselves sitting up straight without thinking. The neck stops aching by 3pm. The shoulders drop. The hunch in the mirror starts to soften. START TODAY Put in your AirPods. Open Stature. Let the next 14 days do what years of trying never could. About

FocusPosture

Features

Focus Posture is a focus timer that watches your head position through motion-capable AirPods. Start a session, put on your AirPods, and when your head drifts forward and stays there, your iPhone gives a short haptic tap. A quiet reminder to sit up, not an alarm. Made for long stretches at a desk: writing, coding, designing, studying. HOW IT WORKS • Choose a session length from 10 to 90 minutes (25 by default). • Hold a neutral posture for a few seconds while the app learns your baseline. • During the session you see a countdown, a posture ring with your head tilt in degrees, and a short status: Good posture, Drifting forward or Sit up a bit. • When your head stays past your threshold for the hold time (15 degrees for 20 seconds by default), your iPhone taps once. A cooldown (60 seconds by default) keeps the taps from repeating. • When the timer ends you see your share of good posture and how many nudges you got. MADE TO FIT YOU • Threshold from 8 to 30 degrees, hold time from 5 to 60 seconds, cooldown from 30 to 300 seconds. • Haptics can be switched off if you only want the numbers. HISTORY • A chart of the last seven days, your average share of good posture, and a list of sessions with their good-posture share and nudges. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) • Off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, finished sessions are saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. Focus Posture never reads your Health data. PRIVATE • No account, no ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. • Motion data is read only while a session runs, and your sessions are stored on your iPhone. WORKS WITH Focus Posture needs AirPods with built-in motion sensors: • AirPods Pro (1st, 2nd and 3rd generation) • AirPods Max • AirPods (3rd generation) • AirPods 4 AirPods (2nd generation) have no motion sensors, so posture sensing does not work with them. GOOD TO KNOW Focus Posture senses your posture while it is open on the screen, and keeps the screen awake during a session. If you lock your iPhone or switch to another app, sensing stops. Motion sensing and a screen that stays on use battery. A NOTE ABOUT WELLNESS Focus Posture is a wellness aid for general posture awareness and habit-building. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or evaluate any health condition. If you have persistent neck, back or shoulder discomfort, please see a qualified healthcare professional.
