Give yourself a reason to get moving in the morning. DanceClock pairs your alarm with dancing, squats, push-ups or a math task. Free to use, with no account required. WAKE UP YOUR WAY Dance for a while, do a few squats or push-ups, or get your mind moving with math. Camera tasks recognize movement on your iPhone and show your progress. Choose your own target and try a task before setting an alarm. KEEP YOUR ALARMS SIMPLE Set a one-time alarm or repeat it on the days you choose. See exactly when your next alarm will ring. Worried about falling back asleep? Turn on a wake-up check for another reminder 10 minutes after completing your task. TAKE A TIMED NAP Choose how long to rest and follow a full-screen countdown. Add 5 minutes when you need a little longer, or press and hold to finish early. UNWIND WITH NATURE SOUNDS Choose tonight's wake-up time and see how long remains. Listen to 10 offline environmental recordings, including gentle rain, ocean waves, flowing water, a fireplace and rolling thunder. Switch sounds, adjust the volume and set a fade-out timer. LOOK BACK AT YOUR REST Keep records of naps and nighttime rest. Optionally connect Apple Health to view available sleep records, stages and trends. Alarms, naps and nature sounds work without a watch. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE Choose English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese, with light and dark appearance. Camera images are processed on-device and are never recorded, saved or uploaded. Health records are processed on your iPhone. Requires iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Alarms need system permission; try a test alarm first. An emergency stop is available during tasks. Watch records must first sync to Apple Health. Rest timers do not measure time asleep, and reports do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
