IdleEye turns a spare phone into a private home security camera. Plug it in, point it at your door, your pet's favorite spot or the backyard, and watch live from any browser on your Wi‑Fi. Recordings stay on the device: no account, no cloud upload, no new hardware. WHY IDLEEYE • Put the phone in your drawer to work: multiple lenses, 4K and a capable low-light sensor • Your video never leaves your home • No account, and nothing to install on the viewing device • Free to use, with no subscription needed for live view, recording or history NEW: MADE FOR IPHONE DUO AND IPAD • Unfold iPhone Duo or turn iPad sideways: the live view stays on one side while recordings and settings sit on the other • On the iPhone Duo cover screen, buttons move into the side bar, just like Apple's own apps • One familiar layout across iPhone, iPhone Duo and iPad A LIVE PAGE BUILT FOR MONITORING • What you see is what's recorded: the viewfinder shows the exact framing sent to the browser and into recordings • Status strip: power, temperature, storage and recording at a glance • Start Monitoring: check power, Wi‑Fi, recording and Guided Access, then the screen goes dark and IdleEye keeps watch • Recent events under the viewfinder; tap one to replay it WATCH AND CONTROL FROM ANY BROWSER Open the address or scan the QR code in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone on the same Wi‑Fi: • Live video with about half a second of delay, or a near-zero-latency mode • 0.5×–8× zoom with automatic lens switching on multi-camera models • Remote torch with brightness control, and auto light when it gets dark • Front/back camera, rotation and mirror, so you can mount it any way • 720p, 1080p or 4K, H.264 or H.265 • Optional one-way live sound • Phone-friendly controls; add the dashboard to your Home Screen MOTION DETECTION AND RECORDINGS • On-device motion detection with adjustable sensitivity and pre-/post-event recording • Optional people & animal filter, powered by on-device Apple Vision • Optional 24/7 continuous recording that loops over the oldest footage • A full day on one timeline; tap any event to play it • Multi-select to share or delete; swipe for quick actions • Trim and export a lossless MP4, or browse clips in the Files app • Keep 1–90 days with a storage cap; the oldest clips are cleaned up automatically BUILT TO RUN ALL DAY • Screen blanking helps prevent OLED burn-in and saves power while recording continues • Running hot in 4K? Switch to 1080p in one tap GOOD TO KNOW • Viewing works on the same Wi‑Fi as the camera phone. Remote viewing over the internet is not available. • Keep IdleEye open and plugged in on the camera phone; Guided Access keeps it running around the clock. • Events are saved to the timeline; IdleEye does not send push notifications. • The web dashboard is open to devices on your local network, so use a Wi‑Fi you trust. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Video, sound, recordings and settings stay on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes everything. IdleEye collects anonymous usage statistics to improve the app (never video, sound, recordings or network addresses), and you can turn them off any time in Settings. GREAT FOR Your entryway and living room, pets, a napping toddler's room while you're home, a garage, workshop or shop counter. 12 LANGUAGES The app and the browser dashboard speak 12 languages, including Arabic with a right-to-left layout. RESPONSIBLE USE IdleEye is for monitoring your own home and spaces. Record only where you have the right to, give notice where the law requires it, and follow local audio-recording laws. IdleEye is not an alarm, medical or baby-safety device. Questions? support@innofun.digital
