The voice in your head runs on autopilot all day. Feeds, notifications, the news cycle, the loop that starts at 2am. Something is steering it for its goals, and most days it is not you. Neuralingual is how you take the wheel. Self-programming through repeated language is old. The mantra, the prayer, the Stoic running the same maxims every morning, the athlete rehearsing the shot before taking it. The mechanism never changed. What changed is that the attention economy now runs it on you, industrially, and you can finally run it back on purpose, for what you actually want. It only works if you do it, so the practice is simple. Pick a subject that genuinely matters to you. What you are chasing, or what you are done being run by. Performance, money, faith, focus, calm. Your dial, your call. Pick a voice that lands (83 of them, more coming, US, UK, Australian and others). Find the one you will actually listen to. Get a set of affirmations that feel right and draw on the best sources in that field, the researchers and coaches who earned the authority, current and historical. Every set carries a named methodology and its sources, so you can see where the words came from. That is what makes this a coaching tool, not a list of generic affirmations. Then weave it into the day you already have: the walk, the chores, the wind-down before sleep, over a background that fits. It does not ask for a 20-minute ritual you will skip. It just fits in. WHY THIS IS COACHING The voice speaks to you in the second person, not first-person "I am" lines. Not "I am calm under pressure," but a coach in your corner: "You are calm under pressure. Your hands know what to do." Distanced, second-person self-talk is what the research actually supports, and it is the difference between reciting and being coached. This is not a one-listen miracle. It is eight or ten passes over a week, in the gaps that were already there. Repetition is the mechanism. No streaks, nothing resets if you miss a day. (AI composes the language for your exact situation. That is the engine, not the point.) Built for people who already work on themselves on purpose and will do the reps. If you have done affirmation work before, you will recognize the depth. Whether you are chasing something or done being run by something, the dial is yours to move. 14-day free trial. ■ Even the things you could never tell anyone, you can say here, anytime. Something feels off, and you cannot say why. You made the decision, and you are still second-guessing it. You are working hard, and it still does not feel like enough. Often the reason is simple. The values you actually choose by have never been put into words. Notes that talk with you is an AI coaching notebook. One question arrives each day, you write what comes to mind, and your own values start to take shape. It works the same way for love and compatibility. It is built on values research that has been tested across 49 cultural groups and 53,472 people (the theory of basic human values by the psychologist Shalom Schwartz). From that work we organized our own set of 8 value axes, so you can see where you stand today. ■ What you can do - Notes (daily) A prompt arrives every day. Three lines is plenty. The AI replies quietly to what you wrote, so the reflection goes a little deeper. - Works Guided sets that move one step at a time, in conversation with your coach. Your answers stay in your notes. The free plan starts with 3; more unlock as you keep writing. Hanasu+ (formerly Notes+) opens everything from the start. - Values map Your values, drawn as an eight-color radar chart. The eight axes are Growth, Challenge, Contribution, Connection, Stability, Integrity, Joy, and Freedom. The more you write, the more the AI grows the map out of your own words. - Values quiz (3 minutes, free) Ten questions show the shape you are in right now, with one of 16 values characters. The quiz is a seed. From there, your own words grow it into a real map. - AI coach When you are stuck, tell the coach. It knows your values and helps you sort out your thinking. It is not there to hand you answers. It is there to help you notice the ones already inside you. - How you two relate Show a QR code, and someone close to you can take the quiz too. Two maps on one chart, with hints for how to relate. ■ Start with just a name No account. No email address. Type the name you would like to be called, and you can start today. ■ Hanasu+ (paid plan) For those who want to go further, there is a paid plan called Hanasu+. - Coach conversations: 5 a day on the free plan, 30 a day on Hanasu+ - The coach's mind: on Hanasu+, a deeper-thinking AI replies - Works: 3 to start on the free plan, more unlock as you write; all open from the start on Hanasu+ The values map shows all eight axes on the free plan as well, and it updates every time you write. For the first week, you can try every paid feature for free. Hanasu+ is a monthly plan. Prices are shown on the purchase screen in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime from your store account settings. ■ This may fit you if - You cannot find your own footing, and living by other people's keeps wearing you out - Journaling has never stuck for you (one line is fine here, and the question gives you somewhere to start) - You want to understand yourself better, for a job search, a career change, or a look back at your work - You want to put words to the thing that has been bothering you - You are curious about coaching, or about coaching yourself - Your thoughts keep you awake at night - Talking things over with people does not come easily to you - You are highly sensitive and tire easily - Counseling feels like a big step to take - There is no one you can say the honest thing to - You want to put your values into words - You have been trying so hard that you are tired ■ Not a substitute for medical or professional care This app does not diagnose or treat. If difficulty with your mind or body continues, please talk with a doctor or a qualified professional. When you see your values, you can choose your days. So: one question, for the you of today. ―――― Operated by Rin, Inc. Privacy Policy: https://rin-connect.com/app-privacy-en/ Terms of Use: https://rin-connect.com/app-terms-en/
