Haptic Calm
Read full descriptionHide full description
Haptic Calm puts your breathing in your hand. Stronger vibration means breathe in, softer means breathe out β no screen to watch, nothing to hear. Just close your eyes. HOLD TO BEGIN Rest your thumb on the light and feel it rise and fall. Let go to stop; your thumb can move around freely. As it becomes familiar, the screen dims until your hand is enough. 1 MINUTE WHEN PANIC HITS Calm now: 3 physiological sighs, then a minute of slow breathing. Start it from the Lock Screen widget, Control Center or Siri β no need to unlock and look for the app. PET THE CAT Stroke the cat on screen and your phone purrs with it. Six cats, six purrs, each with its own little personality. 7 BREATHING METHODS Β· LEARN Steady, Box, Physiological sigh, 4-7-8, Resonant, Longer exhale, or your own rhythm. Seven 2β5 minute lessons: understand it first, then practice once with the vibration. 6 TEXTURES Breath, Heart, Purr, Tide, Rain and Bowl β the same breath, a different feel. You can even set the heartbeat's pace. TODAY'S MYSTERY A brand-new texture every day, and the light takes on its color. Keep the ones you love in My textures. PRO Β· POCKET MODE No need to hold on. On the commute, on a walk, in a queue: your phone stays in your pocket and still guides you. The screen turns itself off, and fabric won't trigger anything. PRO Β· BEDTIME ON YOUR CHEST Lie down with your phone on your chest. It listens to your breathing for 30 seconds, then slows it down over 8 minutes, getting softer and softer so it won't wake you. PRO Β· CREATE Blend up to 5 textures, adjust strength and feel. What you see drawn is what your hand will feel. Save it, name it, give it a color. FIVE SKINS Tidelight, River Stone, Moss, Stardust and Pompom, each with its own colors, type and matching app icon. ALSO β’ Widgets, a Control Center button and a Siri shortcut β’ Logs Mindful Minutes to Health (write only, never reads) β’ English, δΈζ, FranΓ§ais β’ Works with large text and VoiceOver FREE AND PRO Free: hold to practice, 3 methods and the first 4 lessons, 6 textures, Calm now and widgets, Pet the cat, a mystery a day, the Tidelight skin. Pro is a one-time purchase, no subscription: Pocket mode, Bedtime on your chest, all methods and lessons, your own rhythm, Create, unlimited mysteries (keep 10), 4 more skins and icons, strength 0β200%. Bought Pro before? Everything new in 2.0 is already yours. PRIVACY No account, no personal data collected, fully offline, no ads. Haptic Calm is not a medical device. If you feel dizzy or tight in the chest, stop and breathe normally. If you are pregnant or have heart or breathing conditions, ask your doctor first.
Vision Note
Read full descriptionHide full description
You already know what matters most. The problem isn't clarity β it's keeping it in sight when everything else is pulling for your attention. Vision Note is built around one idea: your most important goal deserves to be visible, every hour of every day. SET YOUR TRUE NORTH Not a list. Not a project. One goal β the one that gives direction to everything else. You write it. You own it. You commit to it. Three steps: β Visualize. See it clearly. Place yourself inside the outcome. β Feel. Name the emotion. A goal without feeling is just a task. β Write it down and Commit. Make it real. KEEP IT IN SIGHT Once committed, your goal lives on your home screen β in the widget, exactly where you'll see it without trying. Not a notification. Not a reminder you can dismiss. A quiet, constant presence. Keep one goal in focus, or rotate between several. The widget shifts on your schedule. Vision Note is not a productivity app. It's a ritual. For the moment you decide that direction matters. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
