A calmer take on the pomodoro technique: real blocks, real breaks โ€” and the next block is always your choice. Calibrate is built for the moment before you begin. The task is big, the hour is open, and starting is the hard part. START FROM YOUR LIST Swipe any to-do and you start with three easy minutes. Then your block carries on by itself. REAL BLOCKS, REAL BREAKS Each block ends with one question: how was your focus? Answer, and your break begins. Come back when you're ready. YOUR LOCK SCREEN DOES THE WORK The whole session lives on your Lock Screen and Apple Watch โ€” the countdown, the check-ins, the next-block choice. Nothing needs unlocking. You never have to open the app. EMPTY YOUR HEAD FIRST Brain-dump every loose thing into one list for today. Spaces keep work, home and health apart, so today stays short. Every to-do gets a day โ€” or waits, without nagging you. AN HONEST WEEK, NOT A SCORE The weekly recap shows what actually happened โ€” facts, never grades. No streaks, no scores. Miss a day, nothing breaks. WHO IT'S FOR Students in long study sessions. ADHD brains โ€” the app never punishes a wandered mind, it just asks kindly. Anyone who's tried blockers and streak apps and wants something gentler. Calibrate helps you notice. It never notices for you. Focus sessions, to-dos, spaces, lists and keeping track are free โ€” all of it, unlimited. Calibrate Plus adds the long view: your weekly recap, your sharpest hours, and every day you turned up. Monthly, or one purchase that's yours for good. Privacy policy: https://usecalibrate.app/privacy.html Terms of use: https://usecalibrate.app/terms.html

About

Gridpaper

Features

Gridpaper doesn't draw the picture for you. It just makes a blank page easier to start. Gridpaper brings your to-dos, events, yearly goals, and a diary you can decorate into one place. โ–  Fill in your day, one square at a time Move between Day and Week as you write. Tag a to-do and it joins that tag's own section, marked with a small patch of color. Check something off to fill its square in. Nothing disappears โ€” the line just moves down the list. Press and hold a to-do to move it to tomorrow, repeat it tomorrow, or send it to another date. โ–  Turn repeats into routines Set a to-do to come back daily, on certain weekdays, or on whatever schedule suits it. Skip a single day when you need to, and the rule stays as it is. โ–  A whole month on a single page Keep events and diary entries together on the calendar. If you like, days you finished your list can keep a small mark โ€” in a color you choose. โ–  A diary you can decorate Add photos, tilt them, and trim them into the shape you want. Lay text and stickers on top to make the page your own. Every entry you write sits as a small thumbnail on its day in the calendar. โ–  Count your year in squares Set a yearly goal and break it into milestones โ€” or into a count, like 24 books, with a grid you fill one cell at a time. Send a milestone to your to-do list whenever you're ready to work on it. โ–  Paper and ink Clay-white paper, ink-dark text. Ink is the only color the app puts down on its own โ€” the rest is yours to add. Ten traditional Korean colors, drawn from dancheong painting and jogakbo patchwork, color your tags and goals. โ–  Where your writing lives Everything stays on your device and in your own iCloud. Nothing is sent to a developer's server, and the person who made this app cannot read it. Your records show up on every device signed in to the same Apple Account. โ–  Two languages Gridpaper is written in Korean and English. If your device is in one language but you'd rather read the app in the other, you can set the app's language on its own.
