Slabakken
Read full descriptionHide full description
Slabakken is the game where the whole table ends up shouting at once. You may know it as the hat game. Everyone throws three words into the pot. Names of friends, a joke only your group gets, something that happened an hour ago. The app makes the teams, and then the exact same stack of words goes around three times. In the first round you explain with words. The clock is running and you think you have plenty of time. In the second round the same stack comes back, but now you act it out and say nothing. In the third round you get one word per card. Just one. And it works, because by now everyone knows the stack, and that single word is enough to make everyone shout at the same time. Play with one phone that goes around the table. Or play with everyone on their own phone. Someone starts a game, shares the code, and the rest join from their own screens. There is nothing to set up. No cards, no scraps of paper in a hat, no tally marks on a coaster. The app splits you into teams, keeps time and keeps score. Slabakken runs on iPhone and iPad, in English, Dutch and Spanish. You can sign in, but you never have to.
Grabbit

Grabbit is the party word game that turns any room full of people into a mess of shouting, laughing and frantic miming. One bowl of words, three rounds, multiple teams and the same words keep coming back to haunt you. Easy to learn in thirty seconds, impossible to put down. HOW IT WORKS Load up the bowl: pick from ready-made theme packs, or fill it with your own words for inside jokes only your group will get. Then split into teams, start the clock, and race through three rounds. The words stay the same every round, so paying attention early pays off later. Round 1 โ Taboo: Talk your team to the answer using anything you want, as long as you never say the word itself. No acting, no gestures, just words. Round 2 โ Act It Out: Same words, no talking. Stand up and mime it. Charades-style chaos where dignity is optional. Round 3 โ Password: A single word is your only clue. If your team remembers what came up earlier, this is where it clicks. Most words guessed across all three rounds wins. THEMES Pick a pack to match the vibe of your group: Standard โ jump straight in Couples โ for two who think they know each other Friends โ built for your group chat energy Crazy โ anything goes Custom โ add your own words, names and inside jokes FEATURES Fast, loud, and made for real-life game nights Pass-and-play on a single phone, no extra devices needed Plays great with 4 people or a whole party of 20+ Add your own words for inside jokes that destroy the room Works fully offline โ perfect for road trips and holidays PRICING No subscriptions.
