Tons

The Eiffel Tower weighs 10,100 tons. How long would it take you to lift it? A few push-ups here, a set there. On their own they're nothing, but together they're tons. It's not about hours at the gym, it's about how much you actually lift. That's exercise snacking: train when you get a minute, and the tons add up. Build [VERSION: 1.0.11]. No login or account is required to use the app. WHAT'S NEW IN THIS BUILD First launch: tapping "Start Scanning" shows a short animated intro (about 12 seconds, tap to advance, Skip available). "Scan my first meal" or Skip opens the camera. The intro is shown only once. Menu > "How it works" replays the animation followed by a short text guide ("Why HealthLense"). Side menu redesigned. Text sizes and contrast were increased throughout the app to address our earlier Guideline 4 (Design) feedback on legibility. NEW (MAX only): Menu > "Diabetes-Friendly" weekly food review. The user enters age, diabetes type and years since diagnosis, then sees a review of the meals they saved in the last 7 days: carbs by day, top carb foods, iron and other micronutrients, food swaps, meal ideas, and questions to bring to their care team. Non-MAX users see a labeled sample page with an "Unlock with MAX" button. Menu > "AI Coach": non-subscribers see a labeled example of the coaching output with an "Unlock AI Coach" button, which opens the subscription screen. Subscribers go straight to the feature. SUBSCRIPTIONS (auto-renewing, Subscriptions > one group) HealthLense Premium: com.healthlense.pro.monthly, com.healthlense.pro.yearly HealthLense MAX: com.healthlense.max.monthly, com.healthlense.max.yearly (adds micronutrient breakdowns and the diabetes-friendly weekly review; all four are submitted with this version) The subscription screen shows each plan's title, length and price, and has working links to the Terms of Use (EULA) and Privacy Policy. HOW TO TEST Tap "Start Scanning" and view the intro, then scan a plate of food. After a scan, tap "Coach" (Premium) or "Nutrients" / "Unlock MAX" (MAX). Locked features open the subscription screen. Sandbox purchases work for both Premium and MAX. MAX: save a few scanned meals, then open Menu > "Diabetes-Friendly", enter the profile and tap Submit. The review is built from the meals saved in the last 7 days; with only a few days of data it says so. DIABETES-FRIENDLY REVIEW AND GUIDELINE 1.4.1 This is a food-awareness and wellness feature, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not measure or predict blood glucose, and does not recommend medication, insulin or glucose targets. For Type 1, gestational diabetes, or users under 18 it shows a prominent "talk to your care team" note. Every result ends with a disclaimer written by the app (not the model). Micronutrient and nutrition figures are typical reference values (for example USDA FoodData Central) and are estimates. The feature is for general information about eating, informed by well-known diabetes and nutrition organizations.
