Ages 18+ only. A safe, anonymous space for letting go. Life brings victories and struggles, and sometimes you just need to release what you're carrying. With Echoes, you can share your thoughts privately, without judgment or identity and find peace in the simple act of letting go. How it works: Post an Echo: Write what you're feeling and send it out into the Ether. Share a victory, release a worry, or simply voice what's on your heart. 24-hour window: Your Echo drifts through the community for one day, then naturally fades away unless someone finds it meaningful enough to hold onto. Hold or release: When you encounter others' Echoes, you can choose to quietly hold onto those that resonate with you, giving them a longer life in the Ether. Stay completely anonymous: No profiles, no followers, no usernames. Just your words and the shared human experience of letting go. Why Echoes from the Ether? True privacy: Your thoughts are shared without any connection to your identity Gentle community: A space built on empathy, where holding onto someone's Echo is an act of quiet support The power of release: Sometimes being heard is enough, no advice needed, no solutions required Calming by design: A peaceful, minimal interface that supports reflection rather than endless scrolling Ephemeral by nature: Like real conversations, most Echoes naturally fade, making each interaction feel genuine and present Community Guidelines Echoes works best when we: • Share authentically from the heart • Hold space for others' experiences without judgment • Remember that someone real wrote every Echo • Keep the space supportive this isn't a place for negativity or harm Important Safety Note Echoes from the Ether is designed for emotional release and peer support, not professional guidance. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please reach out for immediate help: • Call or text 988 (U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) • Text "HELLO" to 741741 (Crisis Text Line) • Contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline Privacy Policy: https://echoesfromtheether.com/privacy-policy/ Terms of Use: https://echoesfromtheether.com/terms-of-use/ Disclaimer: https://echoesfromtheether.com/disclaimer/ Child Safety Policy https://echoesfromtheether.com/child-safety-policy/ Delete Account: https://echoesfromtheether.com/delete-account/

You're clenching right now. Yes, you are. Your jaw, maybe. Your shoulders, probably. That grip you didn't even notice until just now. Most of us hold tension all day and never catch it, until a tight neck or a sore jaw reminds us later. Clenchling is your tension-taming sidekick: the gentle nudge that catches the clench before it catches you. A few times an hour, your Clenchling taps you on the shoulder. It's a little knot of a creature that starts out tense, just like you. One quick cue (like "let your cheeks go soft"), about 20 seconds, and you feel it. Shoulders drop. Jaw loosens. Your Clenchling relaxes right alongside you. That's the whole thing. No long routines. No sitting cross-legged for an hour. Just tiny releases, often, until loose and relaxed quietly becomes your default. WHY IT WORKS You can't undo tension you never notice. The hard part was never the relaxing, it was remembering to. Clenchling does the remembering, with gentle reminders through your day, on your schedule, so catching the clench stops being one more thing to think about. MADE FOR THE PERPETUALLY TENSE If your jaw could file a complaint, Clenchling's for you. Watch your streak build. Beat yesterday's count. The numbers are oddly satisfying, and the calm is real. WHAT YOU GET - Quick 20 second releases you can do anywhere, anytime - Gentle reminders 1 to 3 times an hour, inside the hours you choose - A full head-to-toe pass when you want a longer reset - Your Clenchling, who unclenches right alongside you. - Optional tension tracking, to watch yourself ease off over the weeks - Everything stays on your phone. Nobody's watching. Stay motivated: See your daily count, your current streak, your best day, and your all-time total. If you want, turn on an optional once-a-day tension check-in and watch your trend over time. For people who hold tension. Clenchling is a relaxation and habit tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Subscription required: Clenchling requires a subscription to use after a 7-day free trial. Weekly: $6.99 per week Monthly: $11.99 per month Both plans start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.clenchling.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://www.clenchling.app/privacy Let go of the clench.
