NutritionUP is Australia's most complete nutrition app. Built specifically for Australians who want to understand not just what they're eating, but what their body is actually MISSING. Most apps track calories and macros. NutritionUP goes further, tracking 30+ vitamins and minerals, identifying your deficiencies, and giving you specific food recommendations to fix them. Real insights. Not just numbers. WHY NUTRITIONUP? Powered by the Australian Food Composition Database, the same clinical nutrition data used by Australian dietitians. Track authentic Australian foods: Weet-Bix, Vegemite, Woolworths and Coles brands, and 1,000+ recipes with accurate nutrient data. LOG MEALS IN SECONDS AI PHOTO LOGGING: Snap a photo of your meal. Our AI identifies ingredients and calculates your full nutrition breakdown including all 30+ micronutrients. BARCODE SCANNER: Scan any packaged food barcode. Adjust your serving size. Instant results. MANUAL SEARCH: Search thousands of foods. 30+ MICRONUTRIENTS TRACKED Go beyond calories. NutritionUP tracks 30+ vitamins and minerals - including iron, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, B12, zinc, Omega-3, and more. Every nutrient includes an info guide explaining what it does and which foods help you hit your targets. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ENGINE When you fall short of a daily nutrient target, we don't just show a red number, we tell you what to eat to fix it. Updated on a 3-day rolling average so a one off day doesn't skew your picture. 6 HEALTH PILLARS Your 30+ micronutrients are grouped into 6 health pillars, making it easy to understand which areas of your health you're actually supporting: Energy & Focus, Immune Defence, Bone & Muscle, Metabolic Balance, Digestion & Gut. Each pillar shows deficiency risks, symptoms to watch for, and food recommendations. AI NUTRITION COACH Ask anything, 24/7. Get personalised answers based on your goals and actual intake. MEAL PLANNING Plan your week of meals from 1,000+ recipes with full nutrient breakdowns. NutritionUP generates a combined grocery list for one shop. Filter by dietary preference and goals. FRIENDS & ACCOUNTABILITY Add friends, see daily streaks, and send a nudge notification if a mate hasn't logged today. SMART GOAL SETTING Set weight loss, maintenance, or muscle-building goals. NutritionUP calculates your personalised calorie and macro targets using your BMR and TDEE. Prefer to set your own targets?
