For lifters who understand RIR, mesocycles and deloads, and want a plan that reacts to HRV and sleep instead of grinding on regardless. Every day, RefineSimple picks the session from your training week that fits your readiness. RefineSimple is the strength app for people who take training seriously. YOUR RECOVERY DECIDES THE DAY Every morning you get a readiness score you can follow, built from HRV, sleep, resting heart rate and your training load. No black box, just a transparent formula. When recovery is low, the app suggests less volume today. When it's high, you go in with confidence. A COACH WITH A MEMORY The coach knows your plan, your readiness and your recent sets. It suggests changes as cards, such as swapping an exercise when something hurts or moving a session. You accept or decline, and you can undo anything. After every session you get a recap with your numbers. What you tell it, it remembers, and it checks in later. Calm, honest, no motivational slogans. SEE WHAT RECOVERY DOES FOR YOU History shows your block progress for each main lift and your recovery effect: how much more you perform on recovered days than on tired ones. From your own data, not from a study. A PLAN THAT ADAPTS Mesocycle programming with progression and deload, exercise rotation, exercise swaps and a length you choose (4–10 weeks). The Plan tab shows every week with a status per session. SERIOUS TRACKING Pre-filled sets with weight, reps and RIR, adjusted to your readiness. Volume per muscle against MEV–MAV ranges, automatic PR detection via e1RM, rest timer with Live Activity. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO Half open on the bench: a big rest timer on top, input below. Fully open: your set table on the left, on the right why the app suggests this set. YOUR DATA HRV, sleep and resting heart rate come from Apple Health. You don't need an Apple Watch to get started. No nutrition tracking, no social feed. Adapts. Explains itself. You decide. Subscription: RefineSimple Pro, monthly or yearly, with a free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store settings.
